RocketToons Features Explained: 8 Styles and 40 Voices

The $37 Commercial plan is a short list that matters: eight cartoon styles, forty voices, twenty-five languages, eleven story formats, and a license to sell the file. Everything else is optional or a limit.

The 8 visual styles

Commercial names eight looks: Pixar-style 3D, classic 2D, preschool 2D, storybook, a Ghibli-like style, action anime, comic book, and claymation. They are costumes for a whole film, not filters you stack. A preschool lesson in claymation and then anime looks like two shows. Pick the costume the audience expects and leave it on.

3D and comic carry products and action. Classic 2D and storybook carry explainers. Preschool is the gentle end of the list. Anime is the sharp end. None of them is a promise of a studio that employs the people who invented those traditions. They are style targets the product offers so you are not stuck with one default “AI look.”

More looks live on the Pro upgrade, a separate $47 line, not on Elite. Elite is about how many films you can make and how long they run, plus publishing. If someone sells you “Elite for more styles,” they mixed the two upgrades. Thepricing pagekeeps them apart.

40 voices and 25 languages

Forty voices is a small cast, which is what short cartoons need. A narrator, a customer, a child, a skeptic. Automatic casting assigns them so you are not recording. You can replace one bad line without rebuilding the scene. Listen on a phone. That is the speaker that matters.

Twenty-five languages means the pictures can be reused when the language is on the list. It is not 95, and it is not every dialect. Vyond and other studio tools cover more. For a channel in two or three languages, 25 is a library. For a global training catalog, it may be the reason you stay on a bigger platform. Check the name of the language before you announce a dub.

Voices beyond the 40 are a Pro conversation, the same upgrade that adds styles. Do not expect Elite to unlock a new accent. Expect Elite to unlock more films and longer ones. If the voice is wrong, re-voice the line. If the language is missing, no upgrade on the current public list magically adds every language on earth.

The 11 story formats

A format is a reusable skeleton: a problem, an attempt, a result, or a warning, or a holiday frame. Eleven of them ship with Commercial, plus 88 ideas and 26 occasion presets. They exist because people buy animation tools and then stare at a blank page. The skeleton is not the story. Your fact, joke, or offer is the story.

Use one format until the channel feels consistent. A lesson series that changes shape every week is harder to make and harder to watch. Occasion presets are for real dates. “Summer” is not a script until a character faces a specific heat, menu, or deadline. Thebonus script packis a set of finished examples you claim after buying through this site. The formats inside the app are the ongoing tool.

The commercial license

The $37 plan includes a commercial license and watermark-free HD MP4s. That is why a freelancer or a shop can talk about ads and client work without starting on a free tier that brands the file. The license is still a document. Read it at checkout. “You can sell the videos” on a review is not a substitute for the grant you are actually given, and it is not clearance for every claim an ad platform will accept.

Exports are 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1. One channel each on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn can be connected. Fifty films, three minutes, 60 days of storage. Download the master. Elite changes the cap, the length, the storage, and the publishing tools. It does not rewrite the license into something you have not read.

What sits next to those four features

Character upload and photo-to-cartoon are how a brand brings a face it already owns. The consistent character engine is how that face is supposed to survive the next scene. @ mentions place a named character in a shot. Still approval is how you refuse a frame before it becomes motion. None of those are extra styles. They are how the eight styles stay attached to one person.

Direction controls cover camera, action, effects, and clip length. Use them when a product label or a lesson diagram has to be the subject. Ignore them when any clear staging would tell the story. More controls do not make a short script longer. They make a specific shot more obedient.

Publishing is a Commercial limit and an Elite expansion. On Commercial you can connect one channel each on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. That is a distribution convenience, not a growth guarantee. The file is still yours to download. If a connection fails on upload day, the MP4 is the backup. Do not leave the only copy inside a 60-day project.

Pro is the quality fork: more styles, more voices, and a higher-end video engine, listed at $47 as its own upgrade. Elite is the volume fork: no 50-film cap, length toward 15 minutes, longer storage, and publishing tools, also listed at $47. Buying one does not include the other. If your bottleneck is “the look is wrong,” talk to Pro. If your bottleneck is “I will pass 50 films,” talk to Elite. If your bottleneck is “I have not made one,” stay on Commercial.

The full review walks the rest of the product, including character uploads, photo-to-cartoon, and the upsells you can skip. Features are only useful inside the fence. A beautiful style on a film you cannot sell, or cannot download, is a demo.

Feature questions

What are the 8 RocketToons styles?

The Commercial plan names Pixar-style 3D, classic 2D, preschool 2D, storybook, a Ghibli-like look, action anime, comic book, and claymation. A separate Pro upgrade adds more styles. Elite does not.

Are there really 40 voices and 25 languages?

That is what the Commercial plan lists, with automatic casting. A Pro upgrade lists additional voices. Confirm the language you need is on the current list before you promise a dub.

What is a story format?

A reusable shape for the script, such as a problem and a result. Commercial includes 11 formats, 88 ideas, and 26 occasion presets. They do not replace your facts or your offer.

Does the $37 plan include commercial rights?

Yes. Commercial includes a commercial license and watermark-free HD MP4s. Read the license at checkout. The right to sell is not the same thing as a promise about ad-platform approval.

Which upgrade adds features, Elite or Pro?

Elite, at $47, removes the 50-film cap, extends length toward 15 minutes, and adds publishing tools. Pro, also listed at $47, is the upgrade for extra styles, voices, and a higher-end video engine. They are different checkouts.

Eight looks. Forty voices. One license.

Pick a style, cast a voice, hang the script on a format, and export a file you can sell. That is the $37 plan.
